We collect the following information in connection with the provision of the Service:

• Account information: email address, name or display name, profile information from OAuth providers (e.g., Google)
• Billing information: handled via Stripe. We do not store card numbers on our servers (see §3).
• Usage logs: access timestamps, activity history, IP addresses, user agent strings, API call history
• Connected data: data stored in Google Sheets/Google Drive/other SaaS services connected by the user, and uploaded CSV files
• LLM API keys: Anthropic/OpenAI/Google Gemini API keys registered by the user in the Service

The core functionality of Clipes is realized by transmitting user data to external large language model (LLM) APIs. This section is the most important data handling topic specific to Clipes and is therefore presented as a dedicated chapter.

When a user runs an analysis on the Service, we transmit the relevant analysis data and associated prompts to the LLM provider selected by the user:

• Anthropic, PBC (Claude series)
• OpenAI, L.L.C. (GPT series)
• Google LLC (Gemini series)

LLM API calls are made using the API keys registered by the user in the Service. The handling of transmitted data is governed by each LLM provider's terms of service and data processing policies.

Under Anthropic's default Claude API terms, data transmitted via the API is not used for model training and is deleted within 30 days except for temporary retention for abuse detection purposes. OpenAI and Google Gemini APIs similarly state that API-transmitted data is not used for training. Please refer to each provider's official documentation for the latest terms.

Users are solely responsible for deciding whether to input sensitive data into the Service.

Except as required by law, we do not provide users' personal information to third parties. However, we may entrust the handling of personal information to the following subprocessors to the extent necessary for Service provision:

• Railway Corp. (application infrastructure and database hosting)
• Stripe, Inc. (payment processing)
• Resend, Inc. (transactional email delivery)
• LLM providers listed in Section 3 (AI analysis processing)
• Other external SaaS integrations connected by the user (Google, Slack, Chatwork, etc.)

We supervise subprocessors to ensure appropriate personal information security management.

• User data after account deletion: permanently deleted 90 days after the deletion operation is completed.
• Usage logs: retained for 90 days from collection, then progressively deleted.
• Audit logs: retained for 90 days from collection, then progressively deleted.
• Information subject to statutory retention requirements (e.g., transaction records): retained for the period specified by applicable law.

Users may request disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, and cessation of third-party provision of their personal information held by us. Please submit such requests by email to the contact address in §1. Upon identity verification, we will respond promptly within the scope permitted by law.

The Service uses cookies to maintain login sessions and understand usage patterns. Users may disable cookies in their browser settings, but doing so may cause some features to malfunction.

We may amend this Policy in response to changes in law or Service specifications. Upon amendment, the updated date will be displayed on this page, and material changes will be communicated via in-Service notifications or email to registered addresses.
